I'll start by saying the frame itself on the highest leg setting is not very stable, it takes away part of the point of getting a temperpedic mattress in the first place, motion transfer. If you sleep with someone else in your bed I would not get this frame until you're tried it on the height setting you want it at. Maybe something is wrong with mine.
The bed tells you, loudly, when it connects to your phone. Twice in the month I've owned it I've heard "CONNECTED TO BLUE TOOTH" "DISCONNECTED FROM BLUE TOOTH". or something like that at 2 and 3 am. Making it announce this loudly seems like a pretty large oversight in case of issues.
The bed speaker has no onboard memory and does not work on its own. The speaker is just a weak bluetooth speaker that plays for your phone. The app itself has NEVER worked to play any of the included sounds or white noise, so I've had to pay for a separate app for white noise. Seems like a large oversight to not include basic sleep sounds and memory for something like this.
The sleep tracking is wrong. There's not much more to say but on nights where I wake up 4-5 times it will register 1. Needless to say if it doesn't even know when I'm in bed the rest of it is useless. I had the situation of having this trial with a sleep study, and it is indeed very inaccurate. The recommendations for sleeping better go from nothing at all, to telling you not to worry about it, to the generic get a work out in today.
In terms of tilting up down, ergonomics, and lumbar support it's fine. The positions aren't that great so I sleep flat, and the zero G setting is very uncomfortable, but I can get into a decent setting for back sleeping.
This is something I'm frankly thinking about just throwing out (non returnable) as it really just doesn't do what it's supposed to. If it was at least stable I'd give it 3 stars as it's just a bed base but it's not and I'm looking to replace it, so 1 star it is.

I Like the bed but haven't been able to use it because it stopped working. I was told I needed to crawl under the bed to effect a repair. I'm 80 years old and can't do this. I resent having to hire someone to fix my bed. So It sits. I could have saved so much money

It is very easy to operate with the push of a button. The motion is smooth. The up button raises the head of the button and the lower button raises the feet. It is nice that it has a neutral button that returns it to a neutral (flat) position. The zero gravity button puts it into a zero gravity position (head up and feet up).

Honestly we don't use the adjustable function very often. But I'm still happy with the purchase because the base is sturdy and does not creak at all, unlike every other bed frame I've ever slept on. It barely moves at all. The couple times we have adjusted the height, it's worked smoothly. The Zero Gravity setting was very comfortable for the few minutes we tried it, really did seem to relieve pressure points.

After having suffered from arthritic joints & neck issues, as well as sciatica, both of which often kept me awake at night, I decided to get an adjustable bed and hybrid mattress. I did a lot of research because this was going to be a big expense for my husband and I, and we are on a fixed income. I settled on Sealy as the most affordable that would also offer us white glove delivery and removal of our old mattress & box spring. The adjustable base is AMAZING. I love it so much! We opted for the split CA King so I could adjust my side without disturbing my husband. Now I can set the perfect angle for me to fall asleep, and if I wake up in any kind of discomfort, I can slightly adjust the head or feet (or both) and relieve any pressure points. Also, the mechanism is perfectly quiet and smooth. I recently had knee surgery and the zero G setting easily raises my legs above my heart to reduce inflammation. For the first time in months, I am able to stay in bed all night instead of moving from bed to couch to recliner trying to get some relief. This is absolutely the best investment I have ever made in myself!

Even the smallest movement wobbles this bed frame. I thought maybe some bolts were loose, but it looks like the metal in the frame just flexes. My son has a different brand and his has zero movement. Only had this a few weeks, but unfortunately, it's not returnable.

The feet of the base are far enough inside the edge of the bed that I don't stub my toe when approaching the edge of the bed. The ease of using the remote to adjust the head or feet is convenient.

I like the mattress. I got the lift because I had an upcoming surgery. I paid for the "white glove" delivery, which was a joke and a horrible experience. At first, they said they didn't have room to put "open the box and take the lift out and put it together". I was flabbergasted! I live alone and paid to have them do it. I had to talk them into doing what I paid for. Then, they wouldn't take my old mattress. It was a mess. Now, after my surgery and using the lift so much, I noticed that the lift is not connected to the mattress so the mattress slides to one side and down towards the foot of the bed when it's used. I have a weight restriction on how much I can lift so I cannot move it myself. Overall, after spending over $5,000, I'm not pleased.

My wife and I chose to buy a split king for a couple reasons the biggest reason being she is a recent above knee amputee. She wanted to be able to raise her leg above her heart to alleviate swelling and pain. The base is amazing at the adjustability. It's zero g position is amazing. My wife is also a very loud snorer. The anti snore feature has almost alleviated the snoring all together. I thought the massage would be basically moot but to my surprise it does a very relaxing massage. We both have enjoyed the sleep tracker ai aswell. It's insight into how we sleep and things to help get more rest have been very helpful. Overall if you can afford it it is possibly the best on the market.
